Does anyone know how much power they can take from an amp, and do they get any louder amped up vs. factory?

they take like 50 watts. my 2003 suburban ones did the mids could not though

I have 2 comp sets not installed yet, but thought about amping the bose tweeters to add more highs. That would be a total of 3 tweeters per side.

40 rms amp watts they are not bose brand they are the same delphi brand as all the rest

I'm not saying your are wrong but the say Bose on the back of the tweeter, why not Delphi?
