Tahoe amp rack suggestions

I just bought an 02 Tahoe. I am debating on where to put the amp rack. There is enough space underneath the rear seats, and that is where I originally planned on putting the rack. As I anxiously await the arrival of my box, (built by Brian at StarrMountain), I am pondering another idea. I'm thinking about putting the rack in front of the box in the cargo area. I already have a secondary battery that is going to go in front of the box so I would build the rack above the battery. I did something similar in my old Jeep, and I know it would look clean. The down side is that I would lose a little more cargo room as opposed to the underseat amp rack. Any input?
