T3 Audio worst cs ever

Funny, I don't own or sell any T3's and yet anytime I call or email I get a response in a matter of minutes, sounds like pretty good customer service to me. I can understand some people being haters of T3, after all, some people just can't handle having their *** handed to them by someone running T3's, lol.

I dont understand why this statement has any place in this thread. its an equilivent to "nanny nanny boo boo" when people were talking about customer service.

And it's times like these, when people are getting screwed around that draws negativity towards T3. Sure, they may be the world greatest sub for all I know.....(sarcastic) but I wouldnt give these people a penny because of the way they have treated their consumers. Nah, I plan to own some in the near future. I'm going to dump my Fi's and go with T3's. besides, I have a lot of noobs around here that I talk to and ask questions about them and other subs, so I do directly to the source for info instead of posting questions on a forum where any noob can pretend to know what they're talking about.

I don't think there's one serious competitor in my area who hasn't dropped whatever sub they were running before and gone with T3.

The people who won't admit it are the dealers and competitors who support T3 because T3 supports them...

Makes sense to me...

I can see what you mean, I've had bad customer service from every company I've owned something from, Orion, Kicker, Kenwood, Rockford, Sony, Fi etc, but since I'm competing using a product and not customer service it's one of those things I just **** up and deal with.
