T-Line or slot port for SA-8

Tried it in a tline tuned to 35hz and it sounded awesome. But i currently have it in .7cu/ft @37hz due to space issues //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

i like how tlines sound. I found that the only limitation was the woffers power rating vs output. but overall, it was a very sweet smooth sounding box. If I had room, I would have had two subs. but I was only able to use one. might put it back in later when I am over this spl fever...

I had a SA-8 in a T-line in my crx over the winter. It had great tonality and blended with the fronts well, low end extension was impressive for being an 8. Only thing I didn't like was how much I had to stress the suspension to get the output. I put it through the wringer and eventually tore a lead being careless with some dubstep @ 400rms. If I did it over again I'd only do it with a subsonic filter and/or lower power.

With low power you'll probably like it. But if you're pushing the RMS or more to these subs you'll want a box with better cone control.
