System tuned bad!

Well back when I fist got my system installed, the installer had it set up good. Then I let my friend borrow it for a few hours and he screws with all the settings on my amp. I don't know what it was set at before, so im thinking my system is sounding pretty bad because of it. Im hitting mids good and highs alright, but now lows. I have the LPF on my amp kinda low, and the HPF on my headunit off. Is there a setting for LPF on an alpine 9884? System is in my sig
