System Problems

Recently i bought an alpine 9857. Usually i have an MTX 9500 as my subwoofer but for a while i had a 10w7 which sounded amazing when it was in my car. Now i put my 9500 back in and have had nothing but problems. There is something wrong with my RCA Connection. I have my amp up to where i definatly should be able to hear bass coming from my sub but nothing plays. now if i move the RCAs that are plugged in the sub moves quite a bit but it doesnt get any better after moving. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try replacing the RCA's; see if that works?

already did that a few days ago thats why this is pissing me off so bad

Maybe its the RCA inputs on the amp?
