Well after much work, a blown amp, and anything else that could have gone wrong, I seemed to have finally gotten my car to where I want it. HiFonics parent Maxxsonics was a pleasure to do business with to I will note. I had a Hercules Gen XI amp, and it decided to toast on me. Upon submission for warranty, the lady called and told me that I could wait up to 8 weeks for a possible repair, or they would ship same day a brand new BX1500D with a 2 year warranty. Please dont flame the car, I know its a 4 banger, but driving to and from Chicago at 60+ miles a round trip M-F, it gets 32 MPG, and is very reliable. Plus, the wife said no system in the new car! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/nono.gif.eca61d170185779e0921b0faa9704973.gif

I have the bx1000d. Welcome to the club of Brutus //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif. Where do I get my warranty? I got it from a guy that got a brand new one too his amp died too. But if you goto the warranty page brutus isnt on there.

i have the same fuzz buster, be carful it doesnt pick up laser very well....trust me ($69 ticket for 14 over in a 65 zone)

I had a set of MB's and a set of CDT's in there to test, the tweets were just placed in a temp position, but overall I chose the Crystals because they sounded the best out of those three and the fact not many run that brand too.

They are being run off the Q400 which specs are:

4 x 60w @ 4 Ohms. The cadence has nice Volume controls for both sub and mids so its nice to be able to adjust how much you are giving them.
