System layout in Tahoe

Hey, I just registered the other day and I have a question. I just sold my truck and bought a used 2001 Tahoe. I've been planning out moving the system from my old truck, and wanted to see if there was a way to mount the amps under the middle seat, and still be able to fold the seats down. My plan was to mount the amps under the seat and build a box around them with some fans in it. My other option was to build a false floor in the back, but I really don't want to lose much cargo space. Anybody with a Tahoe that has figured out how to mount the amps and still be able to fold the seat down?

Does anyone know if it's possible to mount a few amps in the factory subwoofer location?

i know its possible to mount amps under the seat.. friend has a huge crossfire amp under his middle seats..
