system install help...

I will be installing an 800 watt system in my truck. i am going with 4 ga. wire but my question is do i need a HO alternator? Or can i get away with doing the big 3 and a deep cycle dry cell battery. this is going in a chevy tahoe

You should have no problems with just an upgraded battery and big 3 wire.

you will be fine. I ran 4000 watts on my stock alt for a while b4 i got the new alt.

800 should be nothing for that im running a thousand and only dimm the lights at very high volume on all stock elictracial standard battery
