System Help

Car Audio Community,

After two long years of putting up with a hand me down 98 Cavalier (which is going strong with 200k miles) I am going to be getting my Dad's Mazda B3000 Ext Cab truck. I am really excited about getting a system and my parents have agreed to help me out since I took the truck instead of looking for a different car. My Dad is a pretty big supporter of Circuit City so that is pretty much my buying terrain as far as audio goes. I really want to get two 10" subwoofers that have clean and powerful bass. I'm not looking to be heard miles down the road but I definitely want some clean power in my subs. Other then that I will of course need the amp, deck, and some speakers to replace my factory ones. Here are a few things I was looking at and trying to decide on and I would be greatful if some of the more experienced audiophiles could critique a few of the things I have picked out and provide their advice in light of my options. why circuit city supporter? just curious...

your choices are just fine- i'd run all one brand as much as possible and to be honest for the type of system you are looking at any of those will work just great.

you could potentially do far more ofr your money elsewhere, but it would require a lot more effort and planning too.

Well Circuit City is where my Dad has made a lot of big purchases, two TV's, etc. and they've always been extremely helpful when we've had problems and junk so he likes to spend his money there. Since he's helping me out with the finances I'm more or less in his hands in regards to where I buy everything. He'd probably feel better if we all got it one place then having to buy it from multiple places and then find somewhere to get it installed.

Considering your advice, I'll probably get the Kickers Subs\Speakers\Amp in order to stick with one brand.
