System help plz

Hi i want to get some system for my car, but i'm new in this my budget is really tight, and i want to put in a sub, amp and front speakers, i have seen some options and found this:

System 1: $186

Sub: Power Acoustik BM-10W 10"

Amp: POWER ACOUSTIK TS960-4 4 Channel 960W

Speakers: Pioneer TS-A1671R 6.5"

System 2: $192

Sub: BOSS R105

Amp: Boss RIP-796

Speakers: Pioneer TS-A1671R 6.5"

I'm looking for somethig like that tell witch configuration is better or subgest me what you thinks is better, i cant pay more than $200 for the system cause i live outside US and have to pay about the same cost for shipping and taxes.

What kind of head unit do you have?

Factory head unit, but i wont change it cause it has mp3, integrated equalizer, a a lot of features is a great HU.

i'll get it online maybe from million buy, and the most i can expend is $200-250.
