Also not only are the trunks small.

But once the subs are in the entire underside of the trunk vibrates louder then your subs will ever get.

i got a 98, i got a 5.5 cu. in slot ported wedge box w/2 brahmas i slid in through the seatback support, the fold down seat frame comes off with 5 bolts, 2 on top, and 3 below, all 10mm, had to cut 1 inch of sheet metal from the flange that hangs below the present deck for 14.5 in. of clearance up and down, but it did the trick w/o compromising the structural integrity of the support,..... and yes i agree, it is VERY hard to get the 94-98 stang to sound good, but im well on my way

We have done several of those and the newer ones, they get loud everytime.

Have a 90 Notch in the bay right now getting two DD 2512's Memphis Mcd-1500, and DD coax.

The later years have piles of room compared to the early Notch cars.

i see lots of guys put them in the trunk but there is way to but radle nosie for me and they dont sound to great or get way to loud, but i think that was a wall off and thats when ur getting into money and not good for a dailly driver
