System for an excursion

Whats goin on ladies and gentlemen. I have a question about a 2003 Limited Excursion. It has six 6x8s interior speakers. I have a friend of mine that could build a 6 1/2 fixture to fit the opening. I was looking at that audiobaun six channel amp to run the interior speakers. My questions are everyones thoughts on that amp or any other equvalent amps and good interior speakers to go with it. Also are there any subwoofer enclosers for the side or rear panels if so please provide links. Any input is appreciated.

You can do a little search for audiobahn on the board and you'll find that most people think the quality is very low.

As for enclosures... here's one from JL that replaces the center console.

I couldn't find anything for the rear side panels, but didn't search too hard. Sounds like it could be a fun project. I did the same thing in a Tahoe and it worked really well.

If you give us an idea of what your budget is and what types of music you listen to, we can point you in the right direction.

For the excursion I would definately go into making some pods in the doors, since front stage is all that is needed. Maybe 2 6.5" comp sets up front. In the rear go with 2 15" A, Brahma, XXX, or D2....

Just depends on how loud you want it and how many subs you want.
