System for a Mustang

I need help finding out what will sound the best in my mustang, its a 2003, im lookin for something where ppl will hear me coming, but it also has to fit in my trunk. im not sure of the deminsions. But i have right now, a 10" orion and a 800 watt powerbass amp. i want something louder, give me some ideas

How about 62 4" speakers. I'm sure people would hear you coming.

If you want a more serious answer...please post things like :

1.Budget

2.Dimensions of the trunk

3.How much of the trunk you want to use

And no one can tell you "what will sound best" in YOUR mustang. You are the one that has to drive it every day, you are the only one that can tell if you like it or not.

I have 2-12" in a sealed box, about 1cf per side. Thats about as big that will fit. You can build the box in the trunk. My 2 12s are plenty loud, vibrates the hell out of the deck lid.

A 1.25ft^3 @ 33hz will most definitely fit in your trunk. Send that at least 1000 watts and you'll be loud.

Good luck getting a subwoofer box in your trunk! See sig if you need to ask how I know....

ETA: Yank out your back seat and drop in a couple of 15" subwoofers. The back seats are useless too!

do like i did. take the back seat out. build a halfwall w/ 2 15" vented w/2500 watts rms on each 15. they will here you coming.
