Thats explains why I see some subs moving to vocals and sometimes nothing!!

I read again and also didn't notice mention of steeper slopes either...

if you want detailed work of the amplifiers iner working there are a couple sites that explains it. let me know if you need a link.

I was trying to figure out how he got to that conclusion. I understand crossover networks.
