Swapping music from old Ipod to new Ipod?

I have 2gb Nano and just bought a 80gb Classic. How do I swap the music library from my old one to my new one? Or do I just start all over? Also I have never done video with an Ipod, can I just rip my movies using Itunes or what? I know I know, you guys are gonna say Ipods ****. I just like the Ipod interface on my Kenwood.

You shouldn't need to switch anything if all your music is in iTunes. Not sure about the movies.
