I was wondering which is better and what are the advantages and disadvantages of each. Is dual more powerful or not neccessary? thkz

They are both one in the same. Power handling,sound,performance,etc are all the same. Also in most cases price is also the same. There are just different version to accomidate the load your amp can handle. Other than that, no differences.

Neither is "better". DVC (dual voice coil) gives you more flexibility in wiring options. That's it.
