To answer some of the mis conceptions in this thread. Out the door price was...

...$17,267. $2,900 of that was labor.

Hell, here is the Invoice.

Must be nice to blow money on MSRP //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif.

:werd: I'm with you.

None of "us", as in Ray and I could afford MSRP. But all our customers pay it, everyday. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif

Great work, kudos to your shop. And to all the people saying "that's a rip off" or whatever the ****. Some people like to pay the extra and know it's done properly and if they ever have a problem they can come back and be taken care of.

Price seems dead on for me on that type of install. People have to realized that this is a brick and mortar shop with overhead to pay. Salary, taxes, rent and utilities is not cheap. If someone comes in with an H2 looking for a loud system they have the money to blow. To most user's on this board who enjoy the process of installing the money paid is absurd. To the guy that has the money to blow and doesn't know shit about audio it doesn't matter. Nice clean install guys, as always.

Did something happen at RE that I don't know about. 1000 for an MT? You have got to be kidding me. I paid 240 each for my SX 15s straight from RE. Albeit an SX. But my two SXs on 3000w for 480 are louder than one MT on 3000w for 1000. This just doesn't make sense to me.

I used to sell them for $800 each.

Now I sell them for $1,075 each.

Welcome to retail pricing. You can't buy re direct anymore, you have to go through the dealer network. The days of cheap re subs direct through RE are unfortunately over.
