you saying that an SRT4 Neon is not turbocharged??? the only GM that runs a supercharger is the Grand Prix GTP all the other GXP models run turbos.

the GXP grand prix is not turbo'd it is a V8

If you're looking for domestic, an 04-05 Grand Prix GTP can be had for less than 10k with not horribly high miles... if you find a CompG packaged GTP the governor is around 150 i believe... of course that can be removed with a PCM flash...

That car would have an Eaton m90 that can easily be changed to a mid 13 second car with just a few mods...

other cars with the same charger would be a Regal GS, Bonneville SSEi, Park Ave., Impala SS, and Monte Carlo SS of fairly recent years..

SRT4's have turbos in them, not superchargers.
and GTP GXP's are 3.8L supercharged not turbos.

maybe a impala SS? or a monte'

i'm refering to what he could get his hands on. G5 GXP is turbocharged as is the Solstice GXP. I highly doubt he could get a G8 GXP.

Any of the Signature series Monte carlos are supercharged, 2004 Some of the SS monte's were supercharged, and all 2005 SS monte's are supercharged.

yeah most ss are just 3.8s. it ill have supercharged written under the ss logo

really reliable cars also..the GTP's come with the HD ******... I owned a 05 Grand Prix without the blower, and a 07 with the blower, and the difference is huge... The 3.8 is a very reliable engine as well, and my average mpg is 28 highway, 22 city... that's about what you'd get with any of the 3.8 SC GM's....

ya, i really want to upgrade to a GTP. i might give my car to my brother and buy a GTP, but i kinda want a SUV.

all the vehicles you named use turbochargers not superchargers. and no way a TDI Jetta is doing 160 mph with significant mods.

I loved my gtp. With $400 in mods I was running low low 14's and high 13's...probably could have broke 13.8 with a better 60 foot and no 35 mph head on winds //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

I will one day get another GTP and go all out...
