Not talking 15 years. Talking 3 at most. I get pay raises yearly to account for inflation. Lucky to get 2.5%. Normally lower.Nate is right. And you on the other hand need to quit smokin the dd ganja. Inflation happens every year. Your crazy if you think prices don't affect us. Average yearly price increases are right around 3% or so. Go to the movie theatre. It's now almost 12 bucks to go see a movie vs. 1/2 that some 15 years ago. Tires for my now gone s10 blazer I used to buy brand new for 60-70 each. Now...nearly 600 for all 4 mounted and balanced. Fast food. If you eat out, depending upon what you get is getting more expensive. Having a pizza delivered? Get ready to pay for a delivery fee.
Your forgetting the cost of materials that go up, passing along to the supplier which increases in prices as well to fluctuate. Unfortunately for us, that means we gotta pay a tad more. Look at gas....it goes up all the time then back down, but real slow.
I didn't bring DD into this did I?
