Sundown Zv3 18

Ok, so im going with a Zv3 18. Ive been to the sundown website and looks at all the specs for the sub and the enclosure recommendations. I seen that it recommends 4^3ft net(<i believe). To me that seems a bit small for an 18... I dont mind going that small seeing as i miss my space in my blazer, and im bout to have a kid but right now i have NO hatch space for a stroller.

So what im looking for is a little lead way on how i should start as far as enclosures go. This is my daily/comp driver. I want to build a box that is gets loud on music seeing that when i compete its on music average(FCBC Style). So i need an idea on the Size and amount of port i should go with.

So loud on music is what im looking for.......

Power on Tap is a Crescendo Bc3500d will be wired to 1 ohm

ok so 14 -16 square inches of port per cube. im using aeroports by the way so is that going to make any difference with 14-16 sq "s for port?

im curious because i was told to multiple by the total cubes of the box before displacement.

Example: 6 cubes gross(before displace) X 14 sq-inches = 84 square inches of port.....

I cant... Its a dual 2.... Also my amp is still under warranty so im dropping it to .5 lol
