i see bigger wires in the sundown...therefore it's better

u really cant go by that cuz some amps have there wires under the motherboard

but if i had 2 choose i would get the sundown due to the realiability and efficiency

is that a 1500 or 1000d in the pic?

i wonder how the 1500 or 1000d compare to an orion 1200d

**** i just cant decide Ahhhhhhhhhhh!! Really like the xenons for being able to do 1-4 ohms 1200, but the sundown does 1500.

I wouldn't trade my 1200.1 for a Sundown. I also don't really care how many db's I put up on a meter either although I think the Xenon will put out more watts if need be.

I have never listened to the sundown amps, but if they sound anywhere near the xenon then it would have to be an awesome amp. The xenons are very good sounding amps with loads of power.

I can tell you the Sundown SAZ-1500 > PG 1200.1. And the SAE-1000D is >= Orion 1200D. Both sundown amps are rock solid unless you abuse the living crap out of them, which the PG and the Orion would still fail before the Sundowns will.

I repair amps, and my choice for my own sub amp is the SAZ-1500D, I have it, had a guy wanting to trade me an Orion 2500D for it I told him no.
