do some simple math using the calculator on the computer.

dB = 10*log(power1/power2)

the difference from 2000 watts to 3000 watts (all other things being equal) is 1.75 dB, whether it's worth it is a question YOU have to decide.

all the tests I've seen the aq amps only make a couple hundred watts more than rated, so maybe 2500?
500 watts isn't that easy to tell a difference by ear...

Ummmm where did you see these test.... I ask because I am looking for tests on the amps and I haven't found any yet? not to say they don't exist.... But i would like to see

actually those saz1500's & bl's r in my truck now, but i agree, if ur lookin 4 more power get another 1500d & strap em...
