Sundown saz-2500

Its at one ohm right now but i think im gonna change. Im thinking i need the h/o alternator is need anyways as by the end of the summer im thinking ill be running 4 sa-12. As far as the dc website i cant find the fitment for my truck the only modesl i can find are my year but its for the cummins as i have the 5.7 hemi
Well he beat me to it. Anyway you will have to call them monday they aren't the best at having everything on their site you can call mechman as well just my dealing with him he is very arrogant. And I see you already planning to push that amp huh.

Alright ill call monday, im impatient so it ***** having to wait but yea, im tired of the 2 subs under the seat in a truck is all most people do, so i wanna figure out my under the seat setup and then run a custom center console with the same subs. But i heard im pretty sure the guy who owns sundown is running 4 of the 12's of the same amp. So yeah i plan on using it and maybe one day adding another, as well as today i just ordered some HAT comps so i need the power, what battery would be best for up front?

If money is no issue go xs power for the batts and.when you go 4-12's run that amp at .5 it will wake up quite a bit and those sa's love 1000-1200 each daily when done right.

How much do they genreally run? Many is a bit of an issue as im gonna have to spend 500 or 600 on an alternator which also ****, so is there anything that can handle as a main battery for a little bit cheaper?

I win cause no way he is holding voltage at all with factory alt and factory batt. bad ground would cause it to cut out far more often. and you could go the deka routte far cheaper and yet still stron as hell looking at about 400 for the deka batts and 5-600 for the alt. if you go the xs power rout your looking about 500 for batts.

HIGH OUTPUT ALTERNATOR DODGE TRUCKS 5.7L HEMI 2004-05 - eBay (item 260686929095 end time Mar-02-11 17:23:52 PST) 250 amp for $320. And have you done the big 3 yet? Definitely support the 2 battery setup as well. You will get a little more wattage out of the amp with it running at a higher voltage. Think you have pretty well decided on a sax-100.4 as well. So that's going to be 3000+ rms available at 13.8 volts. You can turn the gain down considerably until you get things squared away and it will be safe. If you do the dmm method 1500 or under would work out well for now as long as the voltage remains safe. DIY: Amplifier Gain Setting Tutorial - Honda Civic Forum

Sorry I dont trust ebay alts they are so hit or miss.

Jacob at sundown said it could either be my electrical or the remote wire voltage dipping low. Im guessing upgrading electrical will solve the remote wire issue also if that was it?
