well i would like to get louder than what i have which is a md2d and 2 si bms which i was only running 1100 watts to them dont think they could take much more and i want it to sound better

I've run both brands and currently run all RD (5750.1 and 2 10" Alphas). It's a matter of choice from there. Both are badass products and really are damm near the same when it comes to amps.

I love my RD stuff and will probably keep it for a good while. I loved my 1500D when I had it too.

id probly go with the rd since its cheaper, i really doubt your gonna hear a difference in loudness between the two. kevin let me use an alpha for a few hours and it sounded about the same as my hdc315, i think mine might have sounded a little louder tho. but when i burped them both they were within .3db of each either at 46hz, i forgot what they both did at 40hz. there is another thread if u search
