sundown not powering up

i have a sundown. i tested it about a month ago.. was working good and powering up fine.

it had just been sitting in my room for the past month now it wont power up!

any ideas?

Double check everything.

Make things simple, and try another amp from a friends car or something in your vehicle to verify that everything in your car is working.

i have two other amps in the car. and their both working fine. the sundown is literally brand new. it has never pushed any power, just tested it by powering it on a couple times. i used a test light to test connections and its getting power and ground. im not even trying to hook anything up to it, just want to see it power up. (for now that is lol)

since i got my first sundown a few months ago (which i still havnt been able to use) ive had nothing but bad luck with them

didnt get many replies on this thread, it was too simple maybe. well whatever the case is.. the ***** finally powed up after disconnecting and reconnecting everything sevral times. idk wth the problem was, but it better not be needing that everytime i want to use it.

Where the remote terminal connects to the mainboard inside it may have a bad solder connection. Especially if it's a SAE-1000D, SAZ-1000D or SAE-1200D, seen it happen a few times on those models. No idea why just those models, would have to ask the factory that. All it needs is resoldering to fix it. Takes 15 minutes tops to take it apart and fix here.
