No, I am kinda mad at paypal right now. I have been a member of paypal since 2003. I decided to try and buy and sell cell phones around christmas time to make some extra money. Well, I did about 10K worth of busniess through ebay and paypal. I refunded three people their money for various reasons (I gave a three day return policy on the listing). Now paypal has decided to hold my funds for 21 days on each transaction. I have 100% positive feedback on ebay and no unhappy customers cause I took care of all issues right away. So I am a little ticked off with paypal.
