One of my beloved SD Audio 3K's is for sale to Team Sundown Members only. I'm in a big *** bind right now and it's got to go. It's sitting un-used and needs a home.

Dude, theirs some people that come here that dont go there, and vice versa....take Bumpin Buick for example....he never went to the SSA Sundown forum before someone mentioned it today..

i personally think him selling to only team sundown members is stupid though, cause anyone whos on team sundown probably already has a couple. just post if for like $774 plus shipping or something ( what most fo them are going for ) n one said you had to sell for team sundown price, but ill pm you anyway

Easier way to do this could have been to sell it at an average price and any team members could contact you for the team price. I'm sure ou want that extra non team member money. something like 750 with the graphic, and then your team could get it at the other price. I can't afford it either way, but some people got mad pissed.

I have a new printed contract in front of me for the 2009 Sundown Contract and will state it word for word for you guys so this is made perfectly clear.

"1. You agree to run the Sundown Audio amps purchased at the competitor price for the entire 2009 competition season unless given specific permission by Sundown Audio to return or re-sell the amplifiers......."

(In this case Jacob has given him permission to re-sell the amplifiers, but only to team-mates)

This is the first of a list of things any and every Team Member must agree to
