Thats very true my friend, something i was considering as well but you already know what my upgrade is going to be

isnt the main reason to buy sundown because of their warranty. if you ran 2 at 1 ohm wouldn't that void their warranty.

Naw, its just the fact they have proven themselves as a straight forward, no unnessary BS, powerhouse of a amp. Sundowns are very clean sounding, packed with real world features, and are seriously overbuilt and underrated. Plus, the owner is very easy to get in contact with and more than willing to answer or address any issue that you might have.

The Orion are good amps too, but since DEI buyout of them back in 2000, the quality has suffered, it tends to be a mix bag. Some people, like myself have had zero issues with their amps, while others have had problems. That difference in quality is important esp if your spending a lot of money for a used amp.

Everybody has there picks thats all.
