Hey, 400w sounds excellent for a Shiva (if that's a single shiva)...at least the Korean dealer here thinks so, and the amps are probably quite underrated...

It's not for me, I'm gonna buy the sub now, then build a box, stick it in my truck for a week or so, then my friend is gonna buy the amp and then the sub/box is his, but I'll be sure to take pics and show y'all...
