Yeah, you can use your subs. You can use your amps too...do a search and you'll dig up a lot of information.

whut about for a regular TV hooked up to an aiwa stereo with like 5 speakers and built in subs

cause i have my VCR hooked up to my TV...then i have my TV goin out to my dreamcast...then i have my stereo hooked up to my VCR and xbox in otherwords in my VCR has to be on and on input 1 for me to play xbox and the stereo will work whutever channel the VCR is on...

would it be possible to do n e shit to that wit car subs and amps?

you would hook up the subs as if they were speakers...

the amp you would need a power inverter to convert your power from 110V to 12V power.... not cheap...

the subs, hook them up to your stereo's Sub output... or hook them up as a speaker, but make usre you have a low pass filter on them.

the amp, you CAN hook them up, but you need a power inverter...

Cant u just get a car battery and hook ur ground up and ur battery lead and ur remote wire to it and hook a battery charger onto the battery?, cause i know that it works, i hooked one up to a battery in my house and it lasted for over an hour, im not sure if the battery charger will work though.

I used to have 4 pioneer 12's hooked up to my home stereo when I was 14. I had two recievers for the stereo, one for the subs and another for the full range speakers. It got pretty loud, my parents got mad.
