suggestion on protecting my system and car

instead of the standard chirp siren. get air train horns , small tank and small compressor and i bet the person who touches ur car is ganna shit them selfs, thats what i am ganna do just wire it to a relay and bam ur set . im still waiting to install my five batteries and 2 air tanks . air horns for the win u can hear ur car down a mile away and at night if they **** with ur car ull just jump out of bed its a croud please . ur neighbors will hate u so make sure alarm isnt sensitive just when they open doors or hood.
might be kinda excessive. i just want an alarm with a lcd screen with good range and some loud sirens.

i guess the viper will do that i forgot the model number but i know it has mile range u should be good with mile range i dont think it gives u a full mile maybe in desert with no interferences its prolly closer to 1/2 3/4 mile range

which viper alarm is that? is it possible to change the sirens on those alarms? wow thats alot of range. should be good enough

get yourself a vidper 791.
has remote start and a remote paging system with active lcd. it is also the longest range alarm.

for example I can go to a target and from inside the store start my truck or get notification from my alram with no problem. the range on this thing is great.
like i said a few post ago

talk to your car insurance. some insurances will offer insurance for aftermarket parts. progressive offers me 6k coverage on aftermarket parts as long as i tell them i got em. its an extra like 25 a month or something, but its well worth it for my own piece of mind.

It is all in the install. Downfiring enclosure or a bandpass, hidden amp rack. Bolt everything down. Make it a Pain in the *** to get to any of the equiptment. The more time consuming it is for a thief the less you stand to lose. The alarm is only a deterent to a potential thief, any of the DEI 2 way systems will work just fine. Add a perimeter sensor, tilt mercury switch, internal sirens, headlight flash, horn honk and multiple undercar sirens. Multiple power sources for your alarm are a good idea as well.

since i already have a typical alarm system, is it possible for me to add additional sirens and sensors? any suggestions on the sirens and sensors? and as for a backup battery, are ya talking about another car battery?
