Suggest me a budget amp/woofer?

Hi, I'm brand new to car audio. I've already got my door speakers, and a head unit in my car, now I'm trying to see about an amp and sub setup that goes along a very tight budget.

It's going to be going in a 95 camaro.

I was thinking two 12 kicker comps for the subs, since they're cheap, and I have absolutely no idea about the amp.

Any suggestions for both?

Low side of budget - Sub: Sundown SA-12 Amp: Audiopipe APSM 1200

High Side of budget: Sub(s): 2 Sundown SA-8's Amp: MB Quart Ref1.800

That's the best set-ups that I can think of.

Are you the type of person that would like to stick with mainstream brands? New or used? If used you'll get alot more "bang" for ur buck. Pardon the pun.
