Suggest a 4chanel amp

hey guys im looking for a 4 channel amp to power my PPI 356cs http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_17121_Precision+Power+PPI+356CS.html they are rated at 60rms per side but ive heard of people running more at them..also i need a 4 channel one to run some 6/9's in da back to act as rear fill. My budget is 150 for the amp also anyone recommend a goot set of 6x9s? around the $80 range. im in the same boat! just got the PPI's and need an amp to power them along with my Infinity 6x9's in the back, i believe they are either 100 or 125 rms.
