Suffucient wire size?

So right now im running 600 RMS watts on 8awg ground wire and 14awg wire for the rest. Im planning on buying a hifonics 1610D tho i only need if for about 800wRMS so i will be setting the gain conservitavely at 1 ohm.

With setting the gain low what AWG would i need or would my current amp kit wiring be enough? my car is pretty long for a four door its about the length of a crown vic.

id recommend just making the jump to 1/0 wire
