SubZone box Cracked when shipped

So I just ordered this new SubZone box with 2.0 cu ft per chamber and when I received it I noticed that in one of the chambers the wood was cracked. When I pounded on it with my fist it still felt solid, if I would put my 9500's in the box do you think it would cause this crack to grow and then let air out and start rattleing or will it be fine?

Use some wood glue perhaps to seal the crack so it won't split further?

If adding wood glue to seal the crack will make it all better then I say I'll keep it , but if there is a possibility that it will not prevent rattling noises then Ill return it.

Would you have to pay out of your own pocket to ship it back? If so, just wood glue it and maybe apply a layer of sealant or epoxy from the inside just to be safe.

if its cracked, that usually goes all the way through and glue wont fix it, since glueing its only superficial. i say return it for a new one and get your moneys worth.

Return shipping on a subzone box will be expen$sive! Where did you buy the box from? If they will pick up the return shipping charges do it, otherwise glue that fuker up...

They covered the shipping charges for me after 10 minutes of talking with managers and others on the phone, So i sent it back and they will send another one. It will take 10 days before I finally receive my new box. I live in Arizona the box is coming from New Jersey. Its 93lbs!

I just found out that the company that sent me the damaged subzone box is gonna let me keep it for free and they still sent me a new one
