it still make the humming noise when I unplug them
Yes, make sure your grounding point is clean and tight. If it still hums, connect your battery in the trunk direct to the amp, and test without RCAs. If it still hums after that, sweep every pot and press every switch a few times while the amp is on, but without RCAs.
