Subwoofer trouble

simple question, i have two 12" solo baric kickers, when the music is playing it is obvious that the right woofer is hitting harder then the left, what could be causing this?

Enclosure ?

What amplifier(s) ?

etc etc.

Also...what makes it so "obvious" ? What is actually occuring.

well i bought the box and sub's from the guy, the box looks like it was homemade.

the woofers are bridged to a 2-channel 1000 watt sony xplod amp.

when i look at the two subs, the left woofer vibrates alot less then the right subwoofer
