Subwoofer sounds distinctly behind me...

Im running Energy Comps ( surprisingly sound decent, Canadian Manufacturer known for Home Audio ) with a hmr3802x. It sounds leaps and bounds better than my JBL coax's I had in before, but like before I hear the subwoofer coming from behind me and it doesnt blend with the front stage well. Also, having no rear speakers now, there is no depth to the music it feels almost, empty. Despite noticing details I did not before, it just isnt full I can't explain it.

Im running a dxz575USB, hmr3802x front stage amp, 6.5" Energy Comps, Tweeters off axis in sail panels ( tested many areas ) - For sub im running an RE SRx 15 @ 3.25 cuft / 30hz.

Any advice would be nice. My rear deck btw has both speaker holes open to the trunk along with 2 big holes that come stock with my car ( 97 Saturn SC2 ).

You don't want bass to be coming from your front stage...

I repeat... Mids should not be playing bass.

My bass envelops you. You don't know what "direction" it is coming from...
