Subwoofer SCARY Thumpin Noise

Rockford Fosgate 12" P2, M! Sony Mono AMP, Crossover

It is happening intermittently, but when it happens, it continuosly does it a few times a minute

It happens at Very Low and High Volume, It sounds like the SUB is going to explode, its a SHORT, LOUD, HEART STOPPING THump.

Happens listening to the radio, cds, movies.
