Subwoofer sélection help

I bought a new punch 1000w rockford fosgate 5 channel amplifier and I'm wanting to put 2 10" rockford fosgate subs in but I'm not sure on what size I should buy as far as RMS and ohms is concerned...the specifications on the back give me three different options for subs 1: 150 x 1 @ 4 ohm 2: 300 x 1 @ 2 ohm 3: 500 x 1 @ 1 ohm. What I want to achieve is powering up my four regular speaker and the sub with the 5 channel amplifier

What do you mean by '' regular speakers'' and what are the specs per channel of your amp ?

just google and youtube up "what are subwoofer ohm loads" and you'll learn all about how to wire your sh*t right to your amp.

You'd basically want a dual 2 ohm voice coil sub. If you dont understand that means you didnt google or youtube it up like i said to..

Looks like he wants to do 2 10's so he'll probably want to go d4 for 2 subs, d2 for 1 sub

He only said "4 regular speakers and the sub". Which kinda implied 1 sub. IDK about any other threads he's made, just going off his post here.
