Subwoofer Question - 1 or 2 sub and how

I have a Mazda5 and due to space limitation (I want to keep my trunk cargo space) I will be getting Pioneer TS-SW841D 8" shallow subwoofer. I want to ask if I should get 1 or 2. This will be my setup:

Alpine IVA-W505 Head Unit

Alpine PDX-5 Amplifier

Alpine SPR-17S (front)

Pioneer TS-A6882R (Rear)

The PDX-5 puts out 300W for the fifth (sub) channel. Can I connect 2 TS-SW841D to that channel and how should it be done?
