subwoofer ohm: re vs nominal

I am running 2 MMats Juggarnaut 15's and the re ohm = dual 1.4. Does this mean that the nominal ohm is dual 2? Or does this mean that if I wire them parellel I will get less than a .05 of a ohm?

Parallel you'd see .7, so really it's basically a ohm 2dvc
