Gunz That Turn on Nunz
with an enclosure that small, you need a ton power to even get it moving man. Smaller sealed enclosures increase power handling and decreases the efficiency of the sub meaning it takes a lot more power to even move it properly. Pretty sure that kenwood does more then 500 rms though so you should be fine. No, thats not my actual set up. Thats just off the website from the person who makes the enclosure.
Where the subwoofer is at in the trunk makes a big difference on how loud you get. When you get everything setup, try an experiment(you can move everything back afterwards). Move the subwoofer closer to the rear trunk around 6 inches away from the lid firing towards the rear and see how big of a difference subwoofer loading makes. Having it too far back away from the trunk lid makes your bass lose a lot of impact and authority.
