Think about what you said.

"I know magnets totally **** up electronics" Guess what? An amp qualifies as "electronics". So, you would've answered your own question. BUT, no magnets don't **** up electronics in general. TV screens, and computer monitors yeah...........but not amps.

Magnets do not effect "electronics" in general.

They could potentially damage monitors, and could wipe data off of a hard drive.

There is nothing in an amplifier that would be effected by a magnet.

Agreed no damage to electronics, just crt's and magnetic storage devices including, credit cards, floppy discs, hard drive, etc
my AQHD315 damaged my phone lol...

got a little to close and my phone would start flashing...

seems as it erased a part of the flash mem cuz everytime i went into txting it would freeze. had to reflash my phone and works fine now.
