Subwoofer humming loud. (Video attached)

OK so I have a rockford fosgate p1500 amp and 2 kicker l7s and the subs make a loud constant noise everytime I start the car I have to disconnect them for it to stop I put a different sub in to see if the sub was the problem but it also did it. I have no idea what to do anybody know what the problem would be? I googled it and can't find anything
