is it a new sound? It could be mechanical noise. What does it mean when a subwoofer makes a weird flutter (rattle) sound when it plays?
Even at low volumes it makes this odd noise.
No noise when the cone is push slightly in and out and the coils are fine.
Thanks

teh cawkok...it is the surround
the flutter is coming from the surround around the rim of the sub
there is a rattle at moderate to high volumes around the surround on the cone of the sub (its becoming disattached)
suggestions will be appreciated
