Subwoofer Enclosure Help

I once saw a small box having 2 tubes extended outside the box..

and it sounded very loud.. but the box was small and its subwoofer is a

RE Audio ReX 12 inch... can you guys help me design a box the same as his?

or any.. cause i really want a small box but can make your subwoofer sound very loud..

I'm actually planning to buy an Ascendant Audio Assasin 12 inch or Alpine type R.. please help me..

I'm still new to car audio..

Start with what dimensions you need the box to fit within, then someone can evaluate it and see what's possible. "A small box" is very subjective.
