Subwoofer Choices, need help.

alright guys so i'm deciding between 2 orion h2 12.4's, or 4 alpine type R's. i am really looking for what would hit harder and i guess sound quality is important too. as far as amp's go i think im pretty set on two Phoenix Gold R15.0:1's. but i'm up for anything you thinnk would be better along those price lines.

I'd go with the R's since mine got loud and sounded pretty good too.

How much space do you have? Budget?

my space is huge, i have an 07 avalanche. and i took the divider between the bed and the cab out. so i'm building a box in the bed, with the type r's, or h2's whatever. and then i'm going to face the ports into the cab, some kid at my school did it and it gets the same effect as if you were in an suv.

i owned a orion h2 15"... hated it... wasn't loud and didn't sound that well...

i run a r type 15 off an mrd 1005 and i think its pretty good. my next setup in around a month will consist of all massive audio sh@t. take alook at it, do a search, talk to snoopdan,,, get the downlow, or just run a dmx 15 and push it with about 5k
