SUBS Wont come on when CD is playing????

Hello everyone, and thanks for looking!

I am having problems with my new Kenwood Deck. I have installed many HU in car and have never had a problem. Now i have the KDC-MP738U, and the problem i am having is that when i am playing the radio everything is fine: AMp turns on and subs work as they should..... BUT when i put a CD in its like the Amp never turns on or something, because the subs dont work while there is a CD playing....And as soon as you go back to TUNER you go back to BANGIN again????? HElp me i have NO clue!!

I bet your remote is hooked up to the power antenna wire

There are 2 blue wires comeing off of the cd player you hooked the wrong one to the amp just swap them

right your remote turn for your amp is hookked to the wrong blue wire

The wire you want is blue with a white stripe, not the solid blue one, which is what you have it connected to now.
